Meet The Pickers - Stories of Exploitation and Redemption of Those Who Grow Our Food
Our food should be free of exploitation. But to make that possible, we need to dismantle the system and rebuild it with migrant workers' rights at the center.
In Europe, more than two million migrant workers harvest our fruit and vegetables. Most of them have no contracts or minimum wages and many have gone into debt to arrive illegally in Europe and are without documents.
THE PICKERS campaign is inspired by the documentary of the same name and the people whose stories it tells.
